Dale joined Insurance Plus in 1984 after graduating from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. He is co-owner of this family business with his father, Jim Engel and brother, Jim Engel II. Dale works with all lines of insurance. He lives in Hastings with his wife Val and they have three children who all work at Insurance Plus, as does Val. He loves to spend time with his grandchildren and go to the lake and play golf when he has time.
